Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled during our business office hours Monday-Friday, 10 am - 7 pm, and Saturday, 10 am - 4 pm. For your convenience, we do offer a limited number of early morning appointments beginning at 8 am.
Late Arrival
We understand that delays occur that are beyond your control, but we ask that you communicate them with us as quickly as possible. Because we do not want to disrupt the experience of clients that may be scheduled after you, we cannot extend your service time if it impacts the schedule of another client. You may be charged for the full service.
Appointments
We miss you when you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment! In respect for the schedule of our therapists and other clients, we require 24-Hour Notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to schedule someone else who may need that time. Failure to honor this policy will result in a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Exceptions will always be made for emergencies and inclement weather. We may ask that you provide credit card information to guarantee your appointment(s). Thank you for your cooperation and consideration. We look forward to seeing you!
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards, checks*, cash and Gift Certificates. We do not bill insurance companies directly, but we can provide a receipt that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement — if you have coverage. Some businesses offer flexible spending accounts that may cover massage therapy. It is your responsibility to contact your employer and/or insurance company regarding your coverage. Please let us know if you will need an insurance receipt when you schedule your appointment.
*CHECK POLICY: We welcome your check if it is drawn on a local area bank and includes your name, address, phone number(s) and driver’s license number printed or hand-written on the front of the check. A returned check fee of $25 will be charged for any check returned for non-sufficient funds.
